Description
Oh how I love this movie. Adapted from John Steinbeck's novel and directed by Elia Kazan. This file features James Dean, Julie Harris, and Raymond Massey.
This is just one of those films that get better every time I watch it. Without fail, it makes me cry every time.

This one is not the finest piece of cinema ever created, but is not the worst either and I really enjoy it.

Oh yes, please. What is more romantic than a long lost (but never forgotten) love breezing back into your life and then fumblingly realizing you can still make a life together? Not much...well, if you are into that kind of thing, which I am.

I mean - right? Clueless is totally bitchin'. No, really I just love this movie, honestly better than most other versions of Emma. Plus the soundtrack is amazing!

Description
My favorite version of Emma (that is not Clueless).
My only criticism is that their attempt to film evening dinner scenes and party scenes in as close to candlelight as possible was a little over ambitious. Still, a great film.
Kate Beckinsale, Bernard Hepton, Mark Strong (II), Samantha Bond, James Hazeldine, Dominic Rowan.
