i have an inflatable bed that currently makes the struggle to get the inflating unit unhooked before the whole thing disinflates an uphill battle against violent thrashing burning rage and frustration. however, by the fifth or sixth try, you're pretty much so angry and tired that you'll sleep on it - butt touching the cold hard ground through the mattress or not. so the idea of a firm, battery-powered, easy-to-operate spare or camping bed is pretty exciting. if you haven't tried them, TRY THEM and you know you need one. yes, indeed.
