Self Watering Transplant Pots from Gardener's Supply

Description
Your seeds have germenated nicely and now it's time to transplant. To ensure that seedlings thrive at this crucial stage and you don't overwater; here are self-watering transplant pots!
When I saw this item, I thought, "Wow!" It's easy enough to germinate seeds, but then to keep them going through the stage between seedling and adult plant can be tenuous.
This set includes a 1/2 gallon resevoir tray, a capillary mat that wicks moisture up to plants, two transplant trays for carrying plants and your choice of three different sizes of pots. (via gardeners.com)

Grobal Soil Fiber 5 KG Bale
First to recommend
Description
Now that I have purchased a number of the Grobal Self-Watering Pot (both Baby and regular-sized), I have found that you end up needing more soil than is supplied with your initial purchase.
First of all, part of this depends upon the size of the rootball of the plant you are transplanting. Secondly, if you have an accident (like I recently did), such as dropping the damned thing, you end up needing more soil. The smaller the rootball, the more soil you need. When the plant outgrows your Grobal, you need more soil to transplant it into another one. This is an economical way to make sure that you have enough.
The Grobal Soil is also made of ecologically-sound coir. Which is the green alternative to growing in peat moss. (via grobalworld.com)

Once again, an economical way to insure that the plants that you are growing with your Grobal have proper nutrients. Included with the Grobal and Baby Grobal are three packets of nutrient. I guarantee that you will need more for your plants. It's like Crack! (via grobalworld.com)

Description
In my opinion, trees are awesome - literally. They produce oxygen, absorb carbon dioxide and other contaminants from the air. They also provide us with awe-inspiring beauty, shade, and food.
What a great gift one of these all-in-one kits would make! Everything you need is included, and a portion of the proceeds from each sale in donated to charities devoted to the replenishing of forests. You can choose from Date Palm or Apple trees (what sort of apple tree wasn't specified).
The kit includes: Coconut coir pot, seeds, germination mixture, plant stake, germination bag and instructions.
This item is available online only. (via urbanoutfitters.com)

Twist and Spout Eco Reusable Watering Can Spout. Fits any Pop Bottle
First to recommend
Description
I saw this item a few months ago as a design on NOTCOT, but wasn't able to purchase it. My prayers have been answered! This is an eco-friendly, waste reducing way to create watering cans and dispensers of various sizes.
If you are using it, for example, to pour birdseed into a feeder, you can remove the spout when you aren't pouring and use the cap to keep the seed fresh and free from pests.
I encourage those that buy this product to keep the caps from the pop bottles, so that you can potentially use the bottles for storage when the spouts aren't in use.
Anyway, this is a great idea! An awesome way to recycle your bottles, and an excellent way to handle those cumbersome 2-liter bottles. (via store.popdeluxe.net)
