I didn't believe the hype, but now I am hooked. This garment can make you about half a size to a size smaller. It is great for clothes that you have sort of grown out of, but not quite. When you find youself wondering "can i get away with" this dress/pants, whatever, put on this garment and feel confident in your clothes.
