I've got one of those heads that just wont fit any ordinary hat, so I am grateful to the amazing milliners out there.

The Maison Michel makes men's and women's made-to-measure hats of all kinds, from boaters and felt hats, panama hats, pillbox hats and wide-brimmed hats to cache-chignons and other headgear.

The Maison Michel satisfies the requirements of its customers by combining skill and originality. It welcomes and advises its customer(s) in its showroom on rue Sainte-Anne.

The Maison Michel produces the most stunning hats for the prestigious creative studios.

In the 1980s, Pierre Cardin was the first to take the sewn straw designs on board. Dior, Givenchy and Yves Saint Laurent were next in line.

Later, Karl Lagerfeld, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Yohji Yamamoto, Christian Lacroix and Kenzo, amongst others, discovered who to call upon for the impossible, an extremely rare straw, mastery with satin, velvet, felt or leather.
