Evil Blood Puddle Pillows
12 people recommended this item
Description
When my ex-husband and I first moved into our new house ten years ago (the day before Halloween), neighbors were quick to point out that the previous owner had always staged elaborate haunted houses there for the neighborhood kids.
Surveying the stacks of unpacked boxes and the crying baby, that just wasn't going to happen.
Still, knowing that I'd be met by little faces full of anticipation at the door, I wanted to at least make a small effort to do SOMETHING. So I had my ex-husband sprawl out on the marble foyer floor surrounded by a butcher knife and ketchup. Just a little backdrop as I passed out candy.
The kids barely glimpsed at him.
The moral? Ketchup doesn't cut it. Get this.
