Once again Jaime Saul and Roger Allen are creating .... made from 100% molded wool..seems like a strange bedfellow for a planter...more like a tea cosy... still could be really groovy in the right space... designed as alternative to energy intensive decorative vessels...made by local craftspeople in Philadelphia.....

mats

Description
Designed and made by Felicity Irons,,,, giving a new life to the ancient art of rush weaving. Felicity harvests her own bulrushes from the Great Ouse River. I didnt know this however, British fresh water rushes are softer, slimmer and more vivid in colour than rushes grown elsewhere... helps explain why her mats are so vivid in colour and variation. the rushes grow back within two years of harvesting - environmentally kind! I love using my mats...so beautiful and functional and best of all made by hand!
