While of course we would never be so indelicate as to inquire, we suspect that you (like us) feel your bedroom might be better off with some concealed storage. The LAX headboard from Mash Studios is a sleek wall-mounted box, with shelves inside and sliding, powder-coated aluminum doors. "They're baaaaack. And instead of trying to kill us for building our house on their graveyard, they've…brought a selection of wine? Oh how silly of me--that's not ghosts, that's our wine rack from Gus Design Group. I get confused sometimes (especially when there's wine involved), and that clear acrylic panel just floats there in the aluminum mounting channel with the wine bottles sticking out into thin air. I should know: I'm the one who attached it to the wall with the hardware it came with. It's just that I get confused… Mmm, wine."

MASH Studios LAX Free Standing Shelf

Description
The LAX Free Standing shelf from Mash Studios has a casual feeling to it--no fussy ornamentation, no visible hardware … no legs or door handles. (The aluminum doors slide in grooves on the top of the unit.) It's pretty much all about clean planes and casual materials. Unless you get the walnut version, in which case it's pretty much all about clean planes and seriously grown-up materials. Either way, you're good.

When it comes to hanging art on my walls, I am the worst. I have row after row of nail holes from fruitlessly searching for studs, and then I have to cover those with spackle and paint or another poorly-hung, really large piece of art. Recently, I was almost decapitated by a heavy collage I did a poor job of hanging over my bed.
Wallter Wall Art has changed all of that. It's the coolest - you can arrange the pieces into all kinds of patterns and paint them different colors to match a wall color as texture or to pop out in contrast. No hammer and nails needed -- the pieces stick to the wall directly.
