I received this mitt in my stocking this year. It works really well - much better than expected at cleaning the outside of my stainless steel appliances. You simply wet one side and use the other side to buff. I think it will take a little practice to only get the one side wet, but overall I was impressed.

My mom found this cookbook at a festival this fall and stuck it into my stocking for Christmas. Although short - the book has a lot of interesting dishes I want to try. They are all low in fat and high in nutrition - the taste is to be determined:)

I received these pants in Acorn for Christmas. Very comfortable - even though the rise is higher than I usually wear. I also really loved the chocolate brown color - but two pairs of cords in one holiday season is plenty. (via J Crew)

I got these cords in coal and they are super soft and comfortable. They are pretty long for my 5'5" frame - even with heels - so I may have to get them chopped off just slightly. My short legs are a real pain in the you know where sometimes:) (via J Crew)

I purchased these jeans with my Christmas money and so far I love them! They are still a little long for me, but if they don't shrink up a bit after a few washes, I will get them hemmed for flats. They are so soft they almost feel like sweat pants and the wash is a lot cuter than the picture shows. Woo-hoo for short people!! (via Nordstrom)

I received this little sweater in gray from Banana. It is made of very fine merino wool and is so comfortable to wear it almost feels like cotton against your skin. The cut works really well for me.
