It makes me think of d ancient times when there was no electricity...if one can go to d trouble of putting d jar under sunlight all day, dis really will give a unique look to your room and also help mother earth save some energy...very eco-friendly...my grandma would love things like dis...shifting d jar around for sunlight will keep her busy...hmm..

When sculptor Isamu Noguchi turned his attention to making furniture, he was able to create something breathtakingly beautiful and yet completely functional. With big thick glass you have an easy-to-clean coffee table that also doesn't take up much space visually while still looking-and actually being- rather solid and stable. Another incredible Herman Miller product. The genius of this desk, unlike most of the "classic" modern furniture that I love, is that it was designed with our electronic lifestyles in mind. The designer, Ayako Takase of Kaiju Studios, has cleverly solved the problems of the typical office desk today. Most importantly, you have a wide opening for cables to run into the desk where they are hidden by gorgeous solid walnut panels. One main drawer in the center contains cork-lined trays that you can move around or remove altogether depending on your needs. You have to see this desk to understand how incredibly well-made it is.
