I always keep a box of finishing nails in my toolbox. I've used them for attaching moldings and trim along doors and walls. Ideal for light wood repairs where you dont wan't garish nail heads showing. (via Home Depot)

Yes, I am a proud owner of a miter saw! Not this one though. This is the one I'd like to replace the one I have now. I'm very proud of the table I made in my studio using scrap 2 x 4s and a sheet of birch plywood. It couldn't have been made possible without this tool. (via Home Depot)

Somehow I ended up owning two of the exact same pair of snips. But hey, the more the merrier. These are a great tool. I use them for cutting chicken wire, tin sheets and etc. Remember in the movie Twister when they had to cut up all those tin cans to make Dorothy's sensors fly?...well this tool would have been very handy. Locking pliers have come to the rescue at the most random times. I use these in my studio but I highly suggest everyone have a toolbox at home. These lock pliers have a SUPER tight grip thats helpful for tightening or loosening various fixtures. (via Home Depot)

Pony Corner Clamp

Description

This is one of my favorite studio tools. I'm not sure why. I guess it's because it eliminates quite a bit of hassle and error when you're trying to glue/ adhere something together at a 90 degree angle. I've used this to make tables, canvas stretchers, frames and other miscellaneous things. (via Home Depot)
