Pallet Chair

Description

Studio Mama has taken used pallets and turned them into chairs. These would be great with a nice waterproof sealant so you can use them in the yard or the patio. (via Studio Mama)

Description

I'm dead serious when I say I'm going to have my own vegetable garden. I'm even thinking of taking some horticulture courses at the University of Minnesota. After researching compost bins, heres my favorite. This drum turns, rotating, aerating and breaking up clumps of compost, ensuring minimum odor. Its also waterproof and pest proof.

I've got at least 5 othese X-acto knives. Great for precision cutting of paper, foam core, matte board and etc. Using these knives requires 100% of your attention. They're scalpel sharp and will send you straight to the emergency room. (Tip: Remember to always cut away from your body) (via Utrecht)

Trigger-Fed Glue Gun

First to recommend

3 people recommended this item

Description

Hot glue guns are great for model making, crafts, or tacking anything together. I wouldn't use this for paper on paper, but for adhering more substantial objects onto surfaces.
When buying a glue gun, don't fall for all the bells and whistles (dual temperature controls and etc). You'll find that a simple glue gun is efficient enough. (via Dick Blick)
