Can't live without this baby. Perfect for zesting lemons and other citrus, but also great at a fine grating of parmigiano.

KitchenAid Immersion Hand Blender with Chopper
First to recommend
Description
The ultimate multitasker! I love that it can go from blending to whisking to chopping with the turn of a wrist. Possibly the most useful tool in the kitchen.

Description
You could cook a crown roast of pork without this, but I wouldn't recommend it. Super-fast read time, and it comes in red, of course.

McEvoy Ranch Olio Nuovo

Description
Get ready! The first press of the first harvest of the best olives of the year is about to hit. Starting November 15, McEvoy Ranch Olio Nuovo hits the shelves. You know it's gonna be super fruity and yummy from the gorgeous almost irridescent green color.

Half- Sheet Pan
2 people recommended this item
Description
Half-sheet pans are the ultimate, basic tools in the kitchen. You don't have to be a hardcore baker who's using them for genoise or even just focaccia. I pretty much don't put anything in my oven unless it's sitting on one of these. (via mrswaz)

Description
Reynold Wrap Release is a godsend while baking. Never again will you lose all the cheese atop your lasagne or contend with carbonized bits of gunk fused to your baking pans.

Stella Stovetop Espresso Maker
First to recommend
Description
I prefer the stainless steel stovetops to the typical aluminum ones. They're a little more expensive, but clean up easier. Plus, I have concerns about the health impact of aluminum. We always travel with this maker.

Description
This is similar to my stovetop model, a Stella that I have not been able to find in the US. I prefer the stainless steel models, and I like that this has an insulated handle. (via jamesfreeman)

The ultimate low-tech kitchen tool. Makes perfectly even, thin slices of potatoes, onions, apples and your knuckles. Definitely the best thing I learned from Iron Chef.
