Pulltap Corkscrew

3 people recommended this item

Description

This is one serious corkscrew. I have a simpler model that does the job, but this one makes me want to go on a wine-opening tear.

A.H. Mercantile Co. - Butter Bell French Butter Keeper (red)

First to recommend

Description

Butter has a spreadability problem when refrigerated, and takes on off flavors when left out. This keeps butter fresh and soft.

Cuisinart Convection Oven

3 people recommended this item

Description

I've got a 36" Wolf oven, cast iron. Heating that thing up takes 30 minutes and probably $30 of gas. Sometimes you just wanna heat something up quick, right?

KitchenAid Pro 600 Stand Mixer

10 people recommended this item

Description

Being a pastry cook I could not exist without my KitchenAid. Having the larger of the mixers makes life easier. If you're using a mixer, why not have the capacity and the power of the commercial series. The stainless still paddle won't peel and the slow start motor prevents your flour from flying out of the bowl. Soooo worth the money.
