Burt's Bees Repair Serum with Attar of Rose

Description
I love this stuff! One of my roommates got it for me recently, and I've been using it like crazy. I love rubbing it around my eye area and around my mouth. I have also used it on painful cracks on the bottom of my feet. It's incredibly soothing and it healed the cracks overnight... nothing else had worked. I highly recommend this product!

The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth: The Surprising, Unbiased Truth About What You Should Eat and Why

Description
This is such a great book. It's concise, informative, and accurate. Dr. Bowden's book is completely engaging. I think part of what really helped draw me in was the way each food had it's own page, with a picture and description of why it's healthy. I couldn't put it down.
If you're trying to make a positive change in your life, or are just curious about nutrition, this is a great read.
The book is broken down into a few sections- fruit, vegetables, meat & poultry, dairy, novelty foods, beverages, grains, nuts & seeds, oils & spices.. and so on.
Just make the foods listed in this book your grocery store shopping list and you should be set!

Description
Ok, so I'm kind of obsessed with these bags of organic frozen fruits and vegetables from Cascadian Farm because they're just so damn convenient. Having a few bags of berries in my freezer ensures that I get the daily value of fruits even in the winter time when they're not in season.

Jojoba Oil by Acne.org

Description
Acne.org offers a great organic jojoba oil. Jojoba is nature's closest oil to our skins own natural oil, so it's great for moisturizing. You can use it to lock in moisture after showers, treat a dry scalp, deep condition dry hair, and many people just add a drop or two to their daily moisturizer or SPF because it's so great at adding some extra moisture and is high in anti oxidants.
Benefits:
Hypoallergenic
Super moisturizing
High in anti oxidants
Non-comedogenic

Sooooo good. Crunchy is my favorite because of the nut chunks, but creamy is awesome too. The secret to their no stir ways is palm oil, which keeps this stuff perfectly smooth for whenever you're ready to pop the lid open. Delicious!
