I will never forget the second-grade substitute teacher who always wore orange lipstick. It was an unmistakably bright shade, which seemed to precede her entrance into the classroom. Flash forward a few years. We now have a matte orange lipstick known as "Cantaloupe Kiss" that is surprisingly attractive on pale complexions when worn with appropriate restraint. Steve Miller Band - Greatest Hits: 1974-1978

Here's what happened: the UFO magazines got me thinking about the seventies, which made me wax nostalgic about some of the very first records I purchased, which reminded me of my favorite Steve Miller song: "Jungle Love". Now that I think about the fact that spring break is approaching and what a party this album is all on its own, I am not so appalled by the randomness of my thought processes.
