This Pave Top Hat made it's fabulous appearance on America's Next Top Model along with Tara herself. I know it's fabulous and chic to the next level, but a whopping $1,000 for this one? Hmmmmm.... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! This is a work of art! Very innovative. And something this chic come with a price a whopping $828.00. I personally wouldn't buy it. But I appreciate the workmanship. Remember the movie, Working Girl with Melanie Griffith? The scene when co-star Joan Cusack and Melanie were rummaging Sigourney Weaver's closet and found a dress for $2,000 or something, and she said 'It's not even leather!"
