Though I have been to Chicago many times, I had yet to try Lou Malnati's stuffed, deep dish pizza. Since I have trouble flying, the only way I was going to try it would be to have it delivered, and we did! They come frozen, packed, and delivered overnight. I am not a huge hot dog fan, but I AM a fan of huge hot dogs (don't read into that). Portillo's has come to the southern California area, but if you're not anywhere near Anaheim or Chicago, you can order a kit directly from Portillo's for an official Chicago Dog - hot dog, steamed bun, pickled spears, sport peppers, tomatoes, and onions.
