Esprit de L'Escalier | Philosophical Soap
First to recommend
Description
Treppenwitz goes Spa. :)
I love me a good bar of soap - natural, quality ingredients and masterly made. But when it comes in beautiful packaging and with a statement and business mission like those by Esprit de L'Escalier, then you have definitely found your way into my wallet.
Look at the bars and read the descriptions. If that doesn't water the mouth of any Spa-ista, then pray, what else would?
The soaps are currently on sale, too, so come on and make your picks today. This bar, Philosophical, has the following ingredients:
"Scented with a transcendental floral-green bouquet with top notes of neroli, bergamot, orange and mandarin, with a spiritual heart of herbal thyme, and an astringent drydown of myrrh, grasses and woods, Philosophical is subtle, clean and fresh. Nourishing olive butter and tussah silk fibres will leave you pondering the metaphysics of soft, silky skin." (via cuteable)

NIVEA - Perfect Cover Concealer

Description
I love Nivea's concealer stick - and I've tested a lot of concealers. This is the one I stick with. I like its texture, which blends in quite quickly. Makes dark eye circles disappear rather than give you a weird light strip o'something in the face. It's also nice for concealing small booboos. Great plus: it has this fresh, slightly citrusy smell that's so typically Nivea.

NIVEA - Beauty Lift Make-up
First to recommend
Description
I hardly ever find a make-up that goes along well with my skin. Most are either too oily, or when they are oil-free, they dry up my skin in no time. This here is quite nice; the "lifting effect" is quite interesting and leaves my skin looking and feeling smoother. The tiny glitter particles contained in here are really tiny enough as to not turn your face into a disco globe but leave a light and fresh shine.
I like the subtle fresh scent, which is so typical for Nivea's products.

Pin Up Balm Citrus Punch Lip Balm
First to recommend
Description
Lip balm-picky me just got to try this one by PinUp balms... and it's good!
Most lip balms I find while searching for the real good one are either too sticky, contain way too many ingredients (that often aren't good for the sensitive lip skin!) and are over-flavoured. Some come in large portions that you know won't stay fresh until you finally finished them - what a waste.
This here, though, is lovely. First, it comes in a handy sliding tin that you could reuse afterwards. Very good. Second, it has a minimum of good and natural ingredients like avocado and apricot kernel oils and beeswax (I love beeswax). Flavour is very subtle and comfortable. Colouring? No colouring! And not tested on animals either. Very good!
7grams are just the right amount of product, and roundabout $4 are ok in my opinion.
I'm a sucker for tiny details: when turn the box around (horizontally, as one usually does), you don't need to turn it another time in order to read the ingredients sticker. Nice.

A very flattering pink- looks great on almost any skintone.
Sweep it on lightly for a relaxed, natural look.... layer it on for a more dramatic look. (via cath)

Powder Blush (in 10 shades)

Two reasons - it doesn't smell girly and it goes a long time. And the shades are never fake looking, but that's three reasons already.
Benefits is a clear favourite.
