Description

I blogged about these hand gesture candles from Atelier WM in France and they received so much attention! I contacted the company and they will not be for sale until January 2009, but in the meantime, take a look at them. They were cast from real hands and include the 'heavy metal' symbol, "live long and prosper', "crossed fingers" and of course, flipping the bird.

I love this candle for two reasons:
1) It's just unusual and attractive
2) it's made by artist Michele Oka Doner and looks just like her amazing huge sculptures.

So, for the first time, many of us can afford a Michele Oka Doner original....LOL
