Okay, I will admit, it is not the smallest usb hub, but it is the TARDIS! This is just to me, so cool.

And since I am never going to have enough room to fit a life size replica, I can certainly have one that can fit on my desk. ;-)

This polymer wallet looks awesome, and although doesn't fit many cards, for a designer like me, the look is more important than having fifty cards in it.

There is a second version with no money clip and three more card slots.

Comes in a wide range of colours to suit any taste.

I am such a big fan of red dwarf, and finding another tee to help share my thoughts with other fans is always nice.

Poems for the Dead: Hart D. Fisher

Description

This is a collection of writing from Hart D. Fisher.

Well worth a read, but it is obvious how pained he was from the loss of his fiancee. It is like being kicked in the guts reading this. Well worth having a look at, but it stands apart from your run of the mill poetry books.

I own this, and its follow up. I can not recommend it enough. But I always caution how painful it is. It is easy to see the emotion in the words, more than anything else I have ever read. (via Amazon)

This is a follow up to the poems for the dead. It was never an intention of his to publish the books, it was more an outlet of writing for his pain and depression, that ended up getting produced.

It has to be said, every poem is like a kick in the guts, the pain and sadness is there for all to see.

Still dead is actually in response to the fact that there was an internet rumour going around that he had killed himself.

Description

The NEWLY revised and updated Design Manual.

This previous version of this is still sitting on my desk signed on the first day of its release. This new one will be replacing it as the older one is really getting tatty from use.

I have to recommend this to anyone as this is a must have for any designer for reference and for helping explain the various requirements to clients. (via Amazon)

Had this collectible game recommended to me the other day, and it does look good. Think of it as the old rampage computer game converted to a table top board game, and you have a good start.

Ever wanted to be godzilla and ruin New York, this is the game for you!
Bascially two players each controlling monsters try their best to destroy a city first before destroying each other.

Perfect for a night of beer and pretzel gaming.

The only drawback is the random nature of the prepainted model boxes, you never know what you will get, but there is always collector forums and ebay to your rescue to get that one model you really want! (via Monsterpocalypse)
