Johnny's - Product - 2198 - Diva Seedless Cucumber Seeds
First to recommend
Description
These are some of the best salad-quality cucumbers that you can grow. They are seedless, not bitter, with tender skins so that you don't have to peel them. Diva is award-winning and is one of the tastiest cucumbers out there. They look like typical salad cucs, but with thin skin and crisper fruit.
Cucumbers need full sun, at least an inch of water per week, rich soil and pollinating insects to produce. Pick fruits regularly so that the vines will continue to produce. Bush varieties are suitable for containers, but if you have the space try vining types because they will produce more fruit. (via johnnyseeds.com)

Early Boy Tomato - 4 Plants - 60 Days to Maturity
First to recommend
Description
It's a bit too late to start tomatoes from seed. So, go with good-sized, early-maturing plants! These are perfect for short season gardens. This type bears 4-5 ounce, uniform tomatoes. It is an indeterminate hybrid, meaning that this will grow into a fairly tall, disease resistant plant.
Tomatoes need 6-8 hours of direct sunlight. Put in your stake or trellises in when you plant. Plant tomatoes deep; bury at least two-thirds of the plant's stem. This will give the plant strong roots and better fruiting. (via http://marketplaceadvisor.channeladvisor.com)

Early Jalapeno Hot Pepper - 4 Plants - Fiery
First to recommend
Description
I try and grow earlier maturing plants, as I live in a part of the country with four hard seasons. So, it's colder here on the opposing ends of Spring and Summer, and terrifically hot in the middle. This can make gardening a little tricky. By the way, if you want to make your peppers hotter, reduce the amount of water you give them. Not to the detriment of the plant --- just enough to make them a little thirsty.
The Jalapeño pepper has it's origin in the state of Veracruz, Mexico. Fiery, thick-walled peppers grow 3 inches long and 1½ inches wide, with rounded tips. Dark green at first, then turning red. Good for fresh use or pickling! Famous for nachos and other Tex-Mex dishes.
