I picked a few of these up at Trader Joes after reading about them here! And whoa!!!!!!!! you all are right. Best nutrition bar I have ever had. I am ordering a case. I am not kidding either.

I am nearly 6ft so it is hard for me to find pants that fit me. Nike always has a long fit and the clothes are super comfortable. They also can withstand the all the hard workouts with tearing or fringing.

I just started drinking this water yesterday and I have to say ... I am a fan. Each bottle has only 20 calories and it doesn't taste super-sweet (although, I am still tempted to cut it with water.)

The gliding disc is a great tool to use for your workouts. It helps one to progress several exercises including legs and core work. There are two options: one for hardwoods and one for carpeted areas. If you havn't tried one, grab your trainer and ask them to show you how it works. It is fantastic!
