Calphalon V-Rack Roaster
First to recommend
Description
The V rack is the best way to go when roasting. Cooks evenly on all sides and leaves the roast chicken skin crispy at the bottom and there are few things tastier than crispy chicken skin. Clean-up is quick so more time eating & less cleaning.

Description
Quick, accurate, easy to read and magnetic so never leaves the confines of the stove which I wish I liked as much as my $11 thermometer.

Auricchio Provolone
First to recommend
Description
My grandfather Antonio DiTocco used to have provolone like this 30+ yrs. ago and no visit ended till I got a sample. Don’t put it in the fridge. We Americans still don’t get this—the hard & semi hard cheeses like this provolone keep at room temp wrapped in parchment. It’ll tastes better trust Antonio. Throw this on top of some Parma prosciutto, between fresh Italian bread with xv olive oil & a dash of pepper and you will soon be very happy.

Peugeot pepper mill

Description
Big, bold, good looking enough that other grinders feel inadequate in it’s presence. Three settings versatile, it yields enough pepper that you don’t get carpal tunnel from repetitive wrist motion. Best thing to happen to pepper since salt.

Description
A workhorse with horsepower. If Paul Bunyan cooked this is what he’d use. It’s tough—could puree a boot. Parmesano Reggiano is a darn hard cheese but was reduced to a wimpering fine powder after a CPPP encounter. I rarely make a meal without the go to grinder.

TiVo

Description
Never miss a show you like while you watch another, rewind if you miss something, fast forward through commercials, program an upcoming show that you won’t be around or awake for (in case you are w/ your Simmons Back Care 200). It makes tv watching dangerously easy. Come to think of it—this led to that 5 extra lbs. I hate this product.

Description
With picture in picture I can answer emails, search online and not miss an inning of my Red Sox game, flip back to a movie or song on the media center. I can do this all from another room on a wireless remote—now why I need to do these things I’m not so sure...

Description
Titanium band lumbar support helps an aching “catering” back. What you get from loading and unloading a catering truck all day. It’s not too soft ‘nd not too firm—Lil’ Red Riding hood would make this the last visit. We’ve been together 8 hrs. a day for the last 4 yrs. I have no intentions of leaving her for another.
