Metolius Super Chalk

Description
I dunno- maybe all chalk is really the same but I really do like Super-chalk the best. Smooth, super-dry, and does not leave the silky/slippery feel on my hands.

Nike Triax 35 (Super)
First to recommend
Description
This is my favorite watch I have ever owned. Great for all sorts of sports: timer, alarm, lap/split functionality, backlighting, and big display. True, it is a little odd looking but the UI is so good and it seems pretty indestructible. Highly recommended for outdoor fun. I tend to wear it w/my biz suits which I guess is not really the best look ever. But I figure that if Bill Clinton could get away w/wearing an Ironman watch, I ought to be ok in meetings w/my Triax.

These guys have built a fantastic online record label that sources some simply awesome dance music. I think their electronica, trance, and deep house artists are especially strong. I highly recommend you subscribe to the podcast as it will give you a good smapler of what they offer and you can then click-thru to buy the tracks.
I love listening to this stuff when I am grinding out an enduro work-out, whether that be running, biking, at the climbing wall. Also good for keeping my energy and focus when working and I need to be in my own world to concentrate

Yogitoes Skidless Mat Towel

Description
the cadillac of yoga mats. I use one in my mysore asthanga class. It is big, thick, and no slip. It weighs a lots so is sort of a bummer if you are carrying it or biking. Wash it w/soap when you first get it to get the factory coating off it. It is a bit slippery otherwise. Helps keep me limber for climbing, etc

Paul says this is the best stuff and I believe him. He does his homework so if you want good protein powders, check this stuff out. Good for muscle-building/repair post-enduro-fest or pull-down session. (via Paul)

Global Underground: Cape Town: Dave Seaman
2 people recommended this item
Description
Global Underground consistently puts out great DJ compilations and, along w/Sasha and Digweed, Dave Seaman is one of the best DJ's on their label. Hypnotic beats, big crescendos, and uplifting, pounding anthems make this a must-have. Excellent for grinding out a brutal trail-ride or a serious session of pulling-down in the climbing gym.

Description
These things really seem to work and they taste pretty good too. You don't have to swill quite so much after you enduro sweat-a-thons. I hate having water slosh around my belly. (via Alyson)
