The Unforgiven

First to recommend

Description

Who doesn't love a good Western film every now and then? How about that coupled with Audrey Hepburn as the leading lady? This movie is a "tough Texas saga filled with pride, prejudiceand passion" (Video Movie Guide, through Amazon.com). I know I can't wait to see it for myself!

The Children's Hour

Description

I recently saw this film on televison and "wow". Great performances by three legendary actors, Audrey Hepburn, Shirley McClain, and James Garner. Audrey Hepburn and Shirley McClain are two friends that run an all girls school. When they have to discipline one of their students, the little girl hatches a lie that changes the lives of everyone. Believe it or not this is remake of an earlier film done by the same director William Wyler. In the original "These Three", the studio made him change the story line because the subject matter was deemed "too sensitive". However, he held out and got to make the film he really wanted to make. He succeeds in "The Children's Hour". (via Amazon)

Audrey on the wrong side of the law! She plays a daughter of a wealthy man who makes his living off of counterfeiting... and she has to do some shady things to protect her family. Sound intriguing to me!

This looks like the perfect movie to watch with your significant other. Two people looking back on their 12-year marriage so that they can work through problems and rekindle their love. Sounds adorable to me!

Wait Until Dark

Description

Take heed of the title and wait to watch this one until it's dark outside, and do it with all the lights out. A thriller about a blind lady, some psycho guys, and a doll full of illegal substances... sounds like the perfect movie for a sleep-over. You know, if I still had sleep-overs...

I'm surprised that I've never heard of this movie before... I mean it's Audrey Hepburn and Sean Connery! This looks like a really interesting film about the passage of time and the story of Robin Hood... I'm interested!

They All Laughed

Description

Okay, so I am absolutely enamored with New York City. So I'm pretty sure that I'd love this movie even if Audrey Hepburn didn't star in it. Besides, anything with a P.I. falling in love with his target has got to be pretty good.
