Vanity Fair is one of my favorite magazines. Someone once said that if you read Vanity Fair you can sound like you are well-read without actually having to BE well read. Exactly. Has all the celebrity stuff a la PEOPLE magazine but with some world events thrown in (and printed on nicer paper). Perfect for those who want to appear smart without having to do the heavy lifting.

I love this blog by Izzymom for lots of reasons. Like her writing style, voice. But even if I didn't the header on her blog is just classic-She has a picture of a little girl in a halloween "devil" costume that says "Not now I'm watching soul train". Why wouldn't I love it?
