You can also feel good about purchasing these because the envelopes are pure white 67 pound recycled paper printed with soy based inks, hand folded & glued, and the notes are made from pure white 120 pound recycled paper that has been printed.

Perhaps I'm the curious bird since it was the name that really intrigued me. I first thought Swedish because these are named Fågel (bird in Swedish) but these lovely little gems are actually from Japan. I wish I could cover all my notebooks and agendaswith these stickers but would probably do the sensible thing and save them only for my stationery needs.

I have a deep love for all things bird, peacock, and feather related. (Maybe it's the fact that I live with dozens more species at my current residence.) This set of hand-printed cards is so lovely that I don't think I could give these as a gift (although they make a great gift) because I want them too much for myself.

This is such a wonderfully light flowery scent. It has a slight vanilla-esque musk characteristic but it's so light and so very feminine. You might laugh when you find out my reason behind why I call it my "Pick me up perfume" but it's true... I was once on my way home from the library when a woman on the bus stopped me said that I smelled wonderful and asked what I was wearing. I had a horrible study session, the weather was horrible, and I was fighting a cold. But here was this woman saying that I smelled lovely and I instantly felt better about the day. What better compliment than someone commenting on a scent that you already love?

I am still a firm believer that investing time in finding just the right card can make the difference. For birthdays I spend time looking for something unique that will stand out from the usual generic birthday-wish cards and this card is definitely unique. The combination of colours and letterpress text and screenprint design makes this a perfect card when gift giving.
