Since I live about 4 hours from a Trader Joe's, I haven't been able to take advantage of it's full capacity. But from what items I have purchased on my limited visits as well as the acclaim it has been given by my closest friends, I can appreciate what this store represents and offers to its customers. Great portions and selection, fresh foods, healthy alternatives, diversity, yum! I only wish one would open in sunny State College, PA!

My husband John would eat jasmine rice every day if he could. For the days when we actually do, this is such a time saver. I also make my brown rice in it, and it comes out perfectly. Such a no-brainer!

My birthday party was last night and my friends got me the best gift ever. A KitchenAid stand mixer. I'm in serious love with KitchenAid stand mixers. I've used a few in cooking and baking classes before and they've been fantastic. Now I own (or will) one. The only question I have is, empire red or onyx black?
