Description

We're a sucker for owls. And for argyle. And for cute stuff.

So you can imagine our unadulterated joy at finding these prints!!

From a painting by Ohio artist Kat Brunnegraff, this adorable print is perfect for adults with a sense of the silly, or kids who need something cute and cool on their walls....awesome!

18" DIY Mega Munny

First to recommend

Description

Eighteen inches (and ten pounds!) of do-it-yourself blank vinyl goodness!

Created by Kidrobot, the Munny is a "platform" toy, intended to take on whatever character is given to it by the artist. Think of it as a 3-D canvas.

The Mega Munny is the grand big champion of the line, and it's friggin' HUGE!!! Decorate it yourself, or just leave it gloriously white....

Oh, and you can get them in Glow In The Dark Blue & Green, too!!!!

Shiver Of Sharks Print

Description

Most adorable hammerheads ever... and I love an archaic collective animal noun. Or at least a reasonable facsimile of one. (A paddling of ducks, a smack of jellyfish, a spring of seals!)

"Rooftops" Print by Julia Kuo

First to recommend

Description

Julia Kuo is one of our favorite local artists, and we're stoked to finally stock some of her prints. She's working on a clothing line as well and believe us when we say it will be some of the cutest stuff you've ever seen!

This particular print deals with one of our favorite themes, which is the constant struggle between nature and the "civilized" world. Make up your own mind about who's winning, but certainly take a moment to enjoy this beautiful image from an up-and-coming artist.

Inked Pulp Print - 64 Colors

First to recommend

Description

Character designers 64 Colors worked up this awesome, almost baroque Marshall (that's the little marshmellow-shaped guy in the middle) design for this letter pressed print made by Squibbles Ink side project "Inked Pulp." Gold ink on cream-colored watercolor paper. Paper size of 10x8 inches and an image size of 8.5 x 6.5 inches. Signed and numbered edition of 100.

We absolutely love letter-press! Cards, prints, packaging, all of it! And we are also huge fans of cute, and of marshmallows. So really, this is a total winner in our books.

Daniel Danger "all this hum..." Box Set

First to recommend

Description

Daniel Danger's work is filled with the most haunting images...from decrepit buildings to people who may or may not be ghosts to the kind of bare, skeletal trees that terrified you as a child.

Dark, atmospheric, and almost gleefully spooky, Daniel Danger is the kind of artist that Steve can't get enough of!

This limited edition (150 sets) box set contains:

-- Ten 6-Color Screenprints on Rising Stonehenge 250gsm Paper (10" x 10" image on 12" x 12" paper)
-- Two 2-Color Letterpress Prints on Cranes 134 Paper (10" x 10" image on 12 x 12 inch paper)
-- Vinyl Picture Disc LP with Home Recordings by Daniel (2000-2004)
-- Custom made and printed wooden box
-- All prints are signed and numbered

Considering that his prints generally start at $150 framed for each one, this is an incredible deal and a chance to pick up the work of an emerging artist at an absolute steal of a price.

Ego DIY Plastic Figure

First to recommend

Description

Designed in Scotland, made in China, and now available in the U.S.!

This 3.5" tall do-it-yourself figure is the most articulated DIY toy we've ever seen! Eight (count 'em!) points of articulation including the jaw! Holy crap!

Made of hard ABS plastic, and it comes unassembled. Which is really good, because it's WAY easier to paint this little guy when he's in pieces!! Use paint, markers, whatever you want!

Super rad? Super YES.

Ho Chi Minh Vinyl Bust

First to recommend

Description

Fourteen inches of dayglo vinyl glory from Frank Kozik, the most excellent curmudgeon who ever lived and sneered!

This limited edition (only 50 made in this color) vinyl bust of Ho Chi Minh comes with a hat, machine gun, and hope for the people.

The bust is vinyl, while the hat and gun are cold cast resin. Heavy-weight stuff, and they feel nice and solid.

Kids are people too. They're just smaller, and sometimes need helping wiping their butts. Plus, they can't drive worth a crap.
