Watchmaker's Cases - Lee Valley Tools
First to recommend
Description
This is great for keeping tiny things organized. I use them for my beads and findings. If you buy them at a bead or craft store you'll pay an arm and a leg, but if you buy them from Lee Valley you won't believe how cheap they are.

teeter vase

Description
This cute bud vase is weighted at the base so it will stay at a tilt without falling over. (I have days like that myself.) Handmade of textured aluminum with a black finish.
And, at $9.95, a bargain.

If I could, I'd do my whole kitchen in retro. For now I can afford this beautiful timer. I'll build the rest of the kitchen around it.

Candle Lantern
First to recommend
Description
This petite, well-designed and well-made candle lantern would be great to take camping--or to the back yard. When not in use, the base pulls up to cover the glass, reducing the size even more: from 5.5" to 4".
And at $3.95, a bargain. (I love Lee Valley.)

Fleece Ear Band

Description
This looks like it would keep my ears warm without giving me hat hair too bad. And it wouldn't go sprrrooing and fly off my head the way ear muffs do.

Description
I love not only the image and colors, but also the saying: "It's never too late to be what you might have been."

Traditional Chinese Scissors
First to recommend
Description
I've seen this type of scissors recommended by other ThisNextophiles, described as Bonsai scissors or Joyce Chen scissors.
I've never used them. But I'm posting these because it's the best price I've seen for them, and the quality of Lee Valley stuff is always great.
At 4 for $8.50, these would make a great stocking stuffer.
