I was skeptical... until i had my first aztec Red Fire truffle. A little bit of heaven with a fiery finish.

Scharffen Berger bittersweet chocolate

Description

Scharffenberger is my go-to chocolate for all cooking. The flavor is excellent, and I love that they use organic milk from pasture-fed cows. Plus, they're about to be certified free-trade.
