This naturapath nasal spray certainly made a difference on the 12-hour flight back from France. It help keep your sinuses moist, protecting against germs. Turmeric and spearmint are the active agents. Use as needed. (via Janice Gore)

These socks are recommended for long flights to prevent feet swelling. If you're pregnant, they also reduce the risk of blood clots in your legs (caused by increased blood volume pooling in the legs). Convinced me, so I bought them in Khaki and found them relatively comfortable for extra snug socks. (via Distant Lands)

Growing increasingly frustrated by daily moisturizers being priced above $100 for little more than 1 ounce, the skincare-counter-chick at Barney's introduced me to REN. She tried to sell me on the fact that it's a "vegan" moisturizer -- huh?-- but she actually had me at the mention of the $45 pricetag.

The fact that it's non-allergenic and au naturel is gravy. The list of ingredients read like a Tazo tea conconction. No petrochemicals or synthetics here!

Since Fresh discontinued it's $38 Soy Face Cream for in-store options that are $90 and above (ummm, THANKS), I have been on a wayward search for a moisturizer. Thank god (and REN) that search is over. As a result, I am "hydra-calm"-ed down over my skincare product issues.

The entire REN line of products -- from facial skincare to bath & shower to fragrance -- is worth checking out. And "vegan" to boot!
