We have something in common if you haven't bought your NYE dress yet! Windsor has a variety to choose from and you can easily find something really nice for under 60.00. The one here is under $50 and it looks classy and sexy...this is one that I may wear, but I may choose a strapless number with the rhinestone straps, also from Windsor.
