This stuff is amazing! and a great alternative to Nyquil which normally knocks me out within 30 minutes of ingesting it! I also love the fact that is doesn't taste all medicinal either. OH! and the cool burst sensation is BOMB! my sore throat was nixed in just one day of using this stuff! And it did not knock me out and make me have loopy dreams! I love love LOVE Tylenol Sore Throat!

Why? because it's like the be all end all to making sure you don't catch whatevr NASTY bug everyone else in the office has! Nature Made Vitamin C

This vitamin, among like six others is part of my daily regimen, I carry them with me wherever I go. Screw some Airborne, I equip my body with Vitamin C on the daily so as to protect me from the nasty nastiness of colds and flus out there! Also, I don't much like Orange Juice, too much sugar!

Another item I cannot be without when I'm under the weather is my favorite pair of Victoria's Secret pajamas! I like to snuggle up with my favorite robe and pajamas and sleep off the ailment. And I gotta be somewhat cute while doing that in case some hot man *ahem* comes over to take care of me!

Yes! Fresh Fruit is what sustains me and helps me get back to being healthy when I'm sick. When I'm sick isn't the only time I eat fresh fruit, but I like to keep a huge stash of fresh fruits, high in vitamin c, around to help me get better faster
