Description

Oh, the Starck Louis Ghost in crystal. I love these chairs, another classic. They have them in the bar of the Hudson Hotel in NYC. I use mine in my bedroom as a bedside table, with magazines, books, and glasses on top of it. Because it's transparent, it is a realy versatile and unobtrusive piece. Because it has the Louis shape, it works in a less modern environment, as well as softening a modern one.

The heel is inspired by the foot of an Eames chair – happily my closet is a small room as I am a shoe nut – I would rather be in rags but with great shoes than the other way around!
