This is one cute ipod/mp3 speaker. Made entirely of ceramic, what it does is it boosts the sound from your standard headphones to 55 decibles (not too lound, probably loud enough for a dinner party or by the bedside). So it is more of an amplifier then a player, as the device itself is not batter/outlet powered. I love the design!
