excellent for people with sensitive eyes who can't wear any mascara etc - you don't need to wear these as a full set and you can cut them back so you don't look like you belong in a bad off-broadway play (so you can trim them etc or just put on the corners of the eye, which is what i would do); excellent for people like me with really sensitive skin..... dawn has been my perfumer for as long as i can remember. it sounds like a luxury and it is but it's a worthwhile one. Yes, i buy my perfume, but she is able to recreate the essence of that perfume in oil form (exactly match it, and i mean EXACTLY match it) so that i can wear the ol and it lasts and lasts and lasts - it may cost more, but it lasts for about two years fora bottle because you use only a few drops with each use. Make no mistake, Dawn Spencer Hurwitz is the best perfumer in the business.

almost nobody wears this fragrance because it is such an old one, like Chanel No. 5, but without the marketing push and without the make-up brand behind it. Nuit de Noel is the only fragrance i will wear.. It has a darker feel to it, but dries to a sandalwood, oakmoss base with topnotes of a hint of strawberry - barely detectable, and cedarwood. It is a "dry" scent, not overpowering, and i would recommend you buy the actual PERFUME not the spray because the perfume is the purest form and the best one.... highly recommend.... i use these in my shoulder length hair by putting it into a plait (a braid) and twisting it and popping the stick through and it looks so polished and it holds, which is key. As a writer and editor, I used to use my red colerase pencil, but since then i have, thank god, grown a little bit more sophisticated and now have a collection of hair accessories, particularly sticks and these and this company make among the most beautiful, but be sure to look at the close-ups of the top of each one to be certain it's what you want...

graceful and elegant and timeless - never trendy... set trends, don't follow them.

Guerlain says they have stopped making this fragrance - at least they did last time I was in Paris and at the actual shop... and i've worn this fragrance for a long, long time so was highly disappointed.

To find this online is amazing! It's a classic fragrance, very chypre, but not well-known which makes it all the more interesting because it's subtle and not sweet or spicy but just sexy as hell - and what could be better than subtly sexy....? truly memorable, just like you....

so hard to find mint condition full slips that are vintage, and sadly, a dying thing and not many women wear them anymore (they have gone the way of gloves and hats). But for those of us who love to "dress" this site has some of the best of the best. This pale buttery lemon slip is lovely.
