One should never forget that scent is as much a factor or decor as lighting etc. I used to think carnations were trashy flowers, but they have such an intoxicating aroma. These are beautiful, and lets face it, a red rose can be rather trashy at times and often scentless. I would place these on my desk to perfume the air around my workspace.

Three Potato Four - Beaker Cactus

Being a reformed chemistry major as I am, I could not resist this sweet little cactus in a Pyrex beaker. That, and i miss the cactus which lived on my kitchen windowsill that I had to pitch due to ant infestation.
