Deluxe Beechwood Backgammon Set

Description
On long weekends, especially holidays like Memorial or Labor Day, I love to spend time with friends and play backgammon. It's terribly addictive and a great way to gamble (if you are so inclined). Backgammon is really popular in Europe so if you polish your skills in the USA you can show off your prowess on your next trip across the pond.

Oban 32 year old
First to recommend
Description
This is the best scotch in the world. I have tried many types but Oban is my favorite. Even if your budget can't afford the 32 year old (about $500 online IF you can find it) you will also enjoy the 14 year old. However, I think it's worth splurging for the 32 year old and drinking on special occasions.

Bushnell Golf Pinseeker 1500 Tournament Edition

Description
I recently used one of these devices on the golf course and found it amazingly handy in determining distance to the pin. It even adjusts for downhill or uphill distances showing you the actual "bird's flight" distance and the adjusted distance taking into account slop of the terrain. It's also really lightweight and simple to use. The only down side to this device is you can no longer complain about a missed shot based on course markers--there's only one place to blame. As they say, "it ain't the arrow, it's the Indian."

Bosca Leather Weekend Wallet
First to recommend
Description
I love small wallets. They are perfect for travel or hassle free day to day use. And I've used a Tumi in the past. However, I recently moved to this Bosca wallet because it's more functional. I like to carry a few credit cards, an ID, and cash. The Tumi wallet didn't have much space for cash but the Bosca wallet has a split side which allows you to conveniently carry cash without putting stress on the wallet. I love this product.
