Yes it's smooth. Yes it's creamy. But it's SPONGE PUDDING people. Sigh.

Think gelatin, not jam. And ignore how awful this sounds and just try it- mix a packet of this with chopped beets and let it set. I know what you're thinking but I swear to God it's delicious....

Brennans White Bread

My lifelong obsession with toast began right here, with this bread. It's been my absolute favorite since I was a little girl... the perfect bread for toasted sandwiches at 2 in the morning on a rainy night.

Crack on a wafer. That's how addictive they are.... especially if you do the "3-second dip" in tea. Don't say you weren't warned.

Lemsip Sachets

Description

You can keep your Thera-flu, thank you very much. Lemsip is, in my experience, far and away the best hot sipping cold remedy next to the all-time great, the hot toddy. But the uber cure? Combine Lemsip AND a toddy. You'll wake up cured. Really.

Woodpecker Hard Cider

Description

My absolute favorite cider! Nothing quite beats it on tap in an Irish pub but thanks to stores like Sam's Wine, you can get it stateside in bottles. You may well also wander into a pub on this side of the pond and see it on the tap handle. If you do, be sure to have a pint. Made in partnership with the largest cider producer in the world, Bulmer's, it has a gorgeous, crisp pear and apple taste. Delicious.
