Logitech Squeezebox Duet
3 people recommended this item
Description
Set your music free from the confines of your computer with the well conceived Squeezebox. Simply attach a receiver to any device with an analog or digital jack, do a bit of configuring, and you're ready to stream any DRM-free music file or online content from Internet radio stations and subscription services such as Pandora or Rhapsody. Add additional receivers and you can have separate soundtracks in each room of the house- all running from one PC. The features and design are good enough to impress both audiophiles and gadget geeks. The product won the Best of CES award in home audio for 2008.

Tangent Quattro WiFi Internet Radio
2 people recommended this item
Description
If you or yours head to the internet for radio than the Tangent Quattro is a cool addition to your home's audio set-up. It piggy backs on your existing wifi connection, allowing you to flick through the stations or search by location or genre. Of course you can also stream playlists from your PC. Good crisp sound quality makes it a fine addition to any room in the house, but its built-in alarm makes it ideal for bedside use.

Etymotic Earphones
17 people recommended this item
Description
These are truly awesome earphones. They effectively block out background sound w/out forcing you to blast out your eardrums. The sound quality is very clear w/surprisingly good bass for such tiny speakers (I listen to a lot of electronica w/pounding beats so good bass is essential for me). Handles more delicate classical music well too.
Also, they are super-comfortable and lightweight- ideal for endurofest rides and runus. The extralong cord is nice but can get tangled a bit too easily (via grenadefishing)
