I just heard the author, Emily Harris on "Good Food" on kcrw here in LA. This book is all about bringing the casserole back, updated of course. Comfort, simplicity, and quality ingrediants. There is a casserole for everyone in this book- vegetarians (yes!), vegans, and the lactose- intolerant. Now that winter is approaching, I am quite excited to get a little hot in the kitchen!
