Ahhhh the grilling season wouldn't be complete without a cedar plank. In Norway when the summers are gorgeous we prepare most of our meals on the grill and fish and seafood is no exception. Salmon is my secret indulgence and the smoky flavour from a cedar plank is heaven. These planks are also perfect for infusing poultry and other meats for the grill.

I can't lie, I have had a few accidents in the past when it came to removing corn from the cob. This genius corn stripper from OXO will be my next kitchen purchase as soon possible! Roasted corn has a much more desirable flavour when I need it for salsas, salads, and quesadillas which is why I recommend this. The grilling season is quickly approaching and traditional corn on the cob is always on the table, but why not try adding roasted corn to other dishes for a more intense flavour? This is especially great for those that have butter-fingers. (Haha... excuse the pun. How corny, right?!)

I've been using Tefal products for over 10 years with extreme satisfaction and the Jamie Oliver line is no exception! I love that they are dishwasher safe (though I don't really recommend this) , they can be stuck straight in the oven, and they last! Infact, they are given a lifetime warranty! With the amount of use these guys receive I'm glad to know that they are of such high quality, and that I didn't have to sell my limbs to obtain them!
