Seriously, where has this product been all of my life? I used to use Smashbox's mouse foundation but they have discontinued it. The makeup artist at Sephora helped me find an alternative which was this magical stuff.

It goes on light and get this, it's actually good for your skin! The coverage is pretty amazing for something so lightweight and it looks just like your natural skin when its on. No creepy mask like finish at all. I will NEVER use another foundation again, this one is too perfect.

Smashbox Studio Style Beauty Kit- Ulta

I got this kit as a little Christmas present to me ( I got myself a lot of those) but seriously it was a deal too great to pass up.

I purchased this because I was in desperate need of a new bottle of Photo Finish (which retails at $42) and this kit had that and about a zillion other things for $47. I would be a fool to not spend the extra $5 and miss out on the zillion other things. So what are the zillion other things you ask?

- Photo Finish Foundation Primer UVA/UVB SPF 15 with Dermaxyl Complex (why I bought the kit)

- Lip Enhancing Gloss-Sheer Color (Illume)

- That's A Wrap Mascara (Black)

- Studio Style Eye & Cheek Palette which contains 6 eye shadows and a blush.

The kit also comes with a sheet on how to apply the products to achieve the ultimate look. All in all a great purchase. Just be warned, if you have Ulta coupons they don't count toward this exclusive product.

Smashbox Function5 Self Adjusting Powder Foundation: Powder Foundation

Description

As much a I hate to turn my back on MAC ... this powder is the best. Used it for the first time yesterday and just like all of Smashbox's face products, this one is a real winner. Apply dry with a brush for a light amount of coverage or we with a sponge for maximum coverage. Try this stuff and you won't be disappointed.

OPI also makes a great navy blue called Light My Sapphire. Although, it might be a little darker and less shimmery than Blue Satin.

Smashbox Camera Ready Full Coverage Concealer

Description

Best concealer ever! EVER! Dark circles ... gone. Scars ... gone. Blemishes .... gone. Not sure how I lived without this product but I promise you that not a day will go by without using stuff. Also is great to have after those late party nights ... you can't go around looking like you have partied all night.

I am a chapstick addict (among other addictions like all make up and fashion). I always have some sort of chapstick in my pocket, purse, gym bag, desk drawer, car ... you get the picture. Since I have to have like 5 or 6 chapsticks at one time I like to mix it up a little bit. I tried out Mod Skin Labs Chilean Lip Panache and Kitty likes. This lip potion ranks right up there with Burt's Bees for me. Goes on smooth, feels like silk and is said to hydrate, plump and nourish. The price isn't bad either at less than $7.

Neosporin First Aid Antibiotic Ointment

You all probably have a tube of this in your first aid kit or medicine cabinet and you all know that it's for ... fixing up boo boos. But did you know you can use it on pimples? I didn't until a few weeks ago and let me tell you something ... it works! After a family friend told me how this trick of hers I decided to try it. Lucky (or unlucky) for me I sprouted one on my chin (I know, gross) I dabbed on a little Neosporin and bam, gone in 2 days without scaring. The without scaring was the kicker for me because that is the biggest issue I have with getting a pimple. Every time I get a pimple it leaves its traces for sometimes a month after the blemish is gone. My make up case is never going to be without a tube from now on.

Too Faced 'Lash Injection' Mascara

I got this mascara in one of my goody bags from LA Fashion Week. I haven't opened it yet but I am looking forward to giving my lashes an "injection". Apparently 3-4 coats are recommended for a false eyelash look. Has anyone tried this yet? Does it work? I guess I could go home and find out but I like to hear other peoples opinions too.
