Gravel Driveways

Description

I can minimize runoff-it’s not going to change the world but I’d rather the water went into the groundwater reservoir than contribute to urban runoff.

Description

A collection of vases and trays made out of porcelain, but in the shape of aluminum cans, milk cartons, juice boxes, and pomme frites trays. A riff on ‘materials matter.’ [Available now only through Ebay, search ‘Rosenthal vases.’]

For Him or Her!

Maybe you wouldn't think of this as a christmas gift - but my mom always stuffed our stockings with practical items such as batteries and razors (and candy of course!). So I think these would make a great stocking stuffer! Made from recycled Stonyfield Yogurt Containers. And they work, I use them!

Preserve Toothbrush - Recycline, Inc.

10 people recommended this item

Description

The bristles, handle, and packaging are made from completely recyclable materials, while the handles are actually made with 100% recycled plastic, sourced mostly from Stonyfield yogurt cups – a great example of reuse. Plus they come in bright, fun colors, and the packaging is limited to a clear canister with a lid so it can be reused as a storage container for travel.
