I saw this dress on Gossip Girl with the episode where Blair was supposed to be a model for her mother's clothing line but the photographer thought she was too stiff so they wanted Serena.
Then Serena and BLair went off having fun with all her mother's dresses.They were wearing this one and the orange one.
Love this dress!!=)
