I don't really have many recipes I actually use over and over again. I don't, actually, have many recipes at all. Friends want to murder me with my whole, "you know, a glob of ketchup and a smaller glob of mustard, then panko breadcrumbs. How much? Enough to cover I guess, but more." These help motivate you at least, to keep your recipes tidy and clean, so you can pass them on.
