Description

These vodkas are made in small batches (with love) by a charming couple from Glendale... elegant flavors like French Tea, Truffle, Celery and Black Pepper and Grapefruit and Honey are easily mixed into your favorite cocktails. But, IMHO, they're best sipped naked... the vodka and/or you.

Description

Metro Mint lives at the flavor midpoint between peppermint tea and Scope: strong but not too strong. I just discovered it this winter and can't wait to have some on an August Sunday in the backyard while lying out (slathered in SPF 30, natch). It will, I expect, lower my core temperature immediately upon contact with my innards. Graphic, perhaps, but this is powerful stuff. (via Metro Mint)

All are devastatingly charming. Some are zippier than others. I'm not going to dork out and write about how it "handles" or its highway "MPG's" or whatever because, really, zzzzzzzzz... you've heard it all before. However, I will say that I appreciate how elegantly executed and sturdy my little four-wheeled friend is.

Also, among the 6 airbags that come standard, there are two that run along the sides, from front to back, that were refered to at the dealership as being the "sausages." That means my car has sausages! Built in! That makes me laugh. There is no better way to (a) spend your money or (b) start your commute than sharing a laugh with a trusted pal.

I've always known I was attracted to dangerous types. But, you sharp thing you, it's the comfort you bring to my life that has made me cherish you: Each morning when I awake and am greeted by your perfectly sliced cured meats and cheeses I thank my lucky stars for the day we met. It was Christmas, remember? You looked so glamorous in head-to-toe silver, all done up in a red bow and that becoming sheath of butcher paper. When I learned about how practical you were, all easy-clean stainless steel, my interest was piqued. But it wasn't until I learned how, ahem, acrobatic you were (Varitilt! Ooh la la!) that I knew we were meant to be.

You are more than just any old "Chef's Choice," Mr. Meat Slicer, you are my choice, and, for this, I cherish you.

It's magically made from goats' milk. It's pronounced "YAY-toast," which is cute. Its tag is "Ski Queen Cheese!"
