When I saw this gold flat brush, I had to buy it. Nylon bristles help build your hair up, not separate it like most. It's super light weight and the gold paint has stayed on really well! Leaves hair soft and shiny, AND it's my favorite color, what's not to love?

ABBA Pure Shine Spray

I've tried an absurd amount of hair products, mostly hoping to get every last bit of volume and shine that I can out of my hair. This pure shine spray by ABBA is exactly what I wanted, and a little more. It smells very natural, like eucalyptus maybe, and is basically the consistency of water. When it hits your hair there is a day and night difference. My usual test is to spill a little of any product I use on a plain white sheet of paper and spread it around with my hands. When I did this and held it up to light, I could see the shimmer (not glitter, thank god) on the paper and it didn't make a huge oil slick. I love this one especially because you can use it where your hair is already dry and styled, so you know where you need extra shine. Just remember that a little bit goes a long way and when in doubt, spray it in your hands first, then apply. It's easier to control the amount going on your head that way. This spray is a ten out of ten, and it's cruelty free!

My nails are almost always cracked and brittle, so I decided to try nail hardener for the first time. This stuff works so well, I haven't had one split since I began using it! Using Vitamin C to mend and harden, the liquid itself goes on clear and the brush is really smooth and perfect for a flawless finish. This dries in about a minute, leaving your nails not only stronger but with an oddly healthy (not really that fake looking) shine. I put about three coats of this on every three days or so. Brilliant!

I bought this guy about four months ago and I'd do it all over again. For about $140.00, it does have a lot to offer. It comes with a USB cable and software that you can link to your computer, though I just use it to play records. The lid keeps it safe and detaches completely to prevent cracked records.

I bought a red one for myself and a black one for my little brother. I absolutely love it! The colours are amazing but not as amazing as the features. The new genius feature makes playlists from your songs library so you listen to the songs that are great together. The games are good and the ability to shuffle songs just by shaking it is pretty cool. It makes a great gift!

I fell in love with this vanity and bought it off of their website in 2006, I think it was between $300-$500 and it still sits in my bedroom today. The mirror is adjustable with a tiny hidden screw on the back, and the drawers pull out completely for really easy cleaning. Thanks Anthropologie!

The Book of Shrigley by David Shrigley

I have never really been that heavy into reading, but this is definitely my favorite book. David Shrigley, a very smart pop artist, put this book together out of drawings, fictitious conversations, and pictures that tend to throw his very dense, dark humor around liberally. Nearly everything is hand drawn or written, and a few give a sadly comical look into his private life.
